Project Agreements
No construction, remodeling, or renovation work shall begin until both parties execute a written contract outlining the scope of work, project schedule, payment terms, and other applicable conditions.
These Terms & Conditions supplement but do not replace any signed project contract. In the event of a conflict, the signed project contract shall control.
Change Orders
Any modification to the agreed scope of work must be documented through a written Change Order approved by both parties.
Change Orders may result in additional costs and adjustments to project timelines. Appalachian Construction & Remodeling is not obligated to perform additional work without written approval.
Unforseen Conditions
Construction projects may reveal conditions that were not visible during the initial inspection, including but not limited to:

Plumbing defects

Code violations
If unforeseen conditions are discovered, additional work, materials, costs, and time may be required. Such work will be discussed with the property owner and documented through a Change Order when applicable.
